First, Open the Website of KPU and learn about Undang-undang Pemilihan Umum. And then, you register your Party to KPU. Your Party must contain anggaran dasar partai and your party must follow the undang-undang about pemilihan umum and must based on Pancasila. Before you register your party to KPU, you must check your vision and mission, Party logo, and your platform. Because if you do not follow the rules for party registry, the KPU will refuse your party. Some of the rules are you must have a clear vision and mission and clear platform.

After your party passed the test from KPU, now, you may prepare for the election date. But, before you prepare your party, you must make some advertisements such as in TV, Newspaper, Banner, or brochures to gain mass and make all people familiar with your party. But, if your party did not passed the test, you must wait until the next election period. You only have one chance to pass the test. So, prepare your party as good as possible before you register your party to KPU.

- make strategy to gain mass
- make anggaran dasar partai and anggaran rumah tangga partai as one of the
requirement from KPU
- make agendas for the first year of our existence
- last re-manage and re-check our party management before the KPU test

*After passed the test and before election:
- re-organize our party and re-choose the leader (if necessary) for a better
